All coding is conducted under a non-disclosure agreement, and Developed Results will agree not to produce a competing or related application or product.  All development is undertaken by in-house developers, giving you peace of mind, and us absolute control and exclusivity of the code.  Once the code has been developed, you have full rights over the intellectual property rights, including owning any suggestions and contributions made that added value to your product, this ensures own all the rights you may need to secure your product.
