• All quotations will be valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation.

• Developed Results Limited adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 and any client information supplied will NOT be divulged to any third party, until legally required to do so.

• Any legal disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of British law, regardless of the country of residence of the customer.

• Marketing material and content embedded within the products and services provided by Developed Results Limited is approved by our customers and every effort is made to avoid copyright infringements. Please report any cases of copyright infringement to us and our customers for immediate attention, any offending material will be removed.

• These terms, conditions and prices may be updated from time to time and any such variation will be published on our web site with immediate effect.

• Developed Results Limited offers a range of terms of payment which will be agreed as the time of quotation. Work will commence upon payment of an agreed deposit.

• Please be aware that failure to maintain scheduled or agreed payments may result in loss of service and may also be subject to legal or action.

• All payments including deposits are non refundable, this is due to the work been done is specific in design or development.

• Technical Support is provided free where any agreed requirements are specifically different in operation, or if a clear design defect is agreed.

• Beyond deployment, commercial commencement or live operation, service and routine updates are subject to quotation or a service agreement.

• Developed Results Limited reserves the right to terminate any agreement if it considers that these terms and conditions have been breached.
